F BIT Communications Inc. regards personal information as important personal property and therefore we highly respect and observe compliance regarding how to handle personal information, and will treat personal information accurately and safely. By protecting the personal information of our customers and employees, we will try our best to be assured of their trust.

1	Inquiry and Request about Personal Information Any issues regarding disclosure, correction, suspension and other requests about personal information based on the Private Information Protection Law will be taken care of by our Personal Information Service Desk. 2	Request Flow F BIT Communications Inc. will mail our predefined form. Please complete the form and return to us by mail along with a photocopy of a personal ID (driver license, residence certificate, etc.) for confirmation of identity. When one requests disclosure or notification of purpose of use of personal information, we charge JPY 1,000 (incl. tax, including postal fee) per contract. Please enclose postal stamps equivalent to JPY 1,000 with the form (Depending on the content of request, an additional fee might be charged in the case of more procedures being required. In such a case, we will issue a quote in advance). After we receive the form, we will produce a reply form and mail it back to the customer (by registered mail).
3	Personal Information which is regarded as object of disclosure will be utilized under the conditions below: (Personal information of Customers) - For confirmation of identity, for starting, amending or terminating a service in accordance with the contract, and for cases related to installation - For confirmation about invoicing - For improving, amending and extending our services - For other purposes regarding our sales *Our service includes: broadband service such as Internet and IP telephone, fixed-line telephone service, electricity providing service and other incidental services. (Personal information of Employees) - For necessary procedures regarding employment, company benefits and other occasions which require contacting with employees in our business It is possible that F BIT Communications provides personal information to third parties in the following cases Providing personal information to our outsourcing contractor within the necessary range in order to achieve the purpose of use above In the case of a disclosure request from the public authorities such as courts, police and other authorities in accordance with compliance n a case when providing personal information is particularly necessary in order to protect a person’s life, body or property, or in order to promote the public health and sound development of a juvenile when it is not possible to have permission from the individual about the disclosure.

7	Other In the case of the following situations, we might reject to disclose personal information based on compliance: When disclosure of personal information could damage the person’s or the third person’s life, body, property or all other rights and profits When disclosure of personal information could cause considerable trouble to our business When disclosure of personal information could breach other laws and restrictions
